A round up of Substack moments from the week commencing 12.6.23

There’s so much happening both here and on Substack and so I thought I would try and bring the two worlds together and share the best moments for me from Substack.

• A couple of posts from my Defining Moments Substack this week. The first one is a post entitled Think With The Heart Feel With The Mind, and the second one is a post called Navigating This Strange And Wonderful World We Live In.
• This post from The Buzz Mcr — a Manchester-based radio station who write a weekly newsletter filled with personal stories and great music-related content they share.
• Songs That Saved Your Life always post something interesting. This week they shared this post about George Michael’s song Freedom.
• Katherine May writes a publication called The Clearing which regularly features some of the best writing you can find on Substack. This week’s piece The Sharp Scrutiny Of Midsummer is simply breathtaking.
• The well known writer Emma Gannon runs a publication called The Hyphen and this week she featured a fantastic piece from guest writer Jade Angeles Fitton called How To Be Alone (Actually Alone).
